Description The issue with inbound emails to Google Cloud Support has been resolved for all affected customers as of Tuesday, 2026-06-30 20:45 PDT. From preliminary analysis, the engineering team identified a recent change which was preventing incoming emails from being processed. We have successfully rolled back the change to mitigate the impact. Backlog processing of all the affected emails is now complete. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue. Symptoms Inbound emails from customers to Google Support were experiencing issues. Case creation and updates continued to work without any issues. Workaround None as the issue is resolved. |
